How Far We’ll Come
Assistance is arranged for the covered vehicle through suitable means, based on your motorcycle and RSA product.
City Coverage
Assistance within a 50 km radius of the HMSI dealership in your city.
Premium Motorcycles
Within 300 km of a Honda BigWing Topline or Honda BigWing dealership (300–500cc motorcycles only).
No Distance Cap
Transfer to the nearest Honda BigWing Topline dealership, without the towing distance limit.
- Minor Mechanical Or Electrical BreakdownsIn case your vehicle suffers a mechanical or electrical breakdown causing sudden stoppage, suitable support shall be provided on the spot to mobilise the vehicle. This service covers minor adjustments and repairs which do not need a change of any spare parts.
- Spare PartsIn case the vehicle needs replacement of spares, the cost of such spares has to be paid in cash by you, on the spot.
- Major Breakdown Or AccidentIn the unfortunate event of a major breakdown or accident where the vehicle cannot be mobilised on the spot, we shall arrange to transfer or tow the vehicle to the nearest authorised HMSI workshop. If the covered towing distance is exceeded (300 km for motorcycles above 250cc and 50 km for 250cc or less), an additional cost of Rs. 30/km will be levied. This condition does not apply to the Unlimited KMS RSA Package.
- Interstate & Toll ChargesInterstate charges and toll charges, as well as all other government taxes, shall be borne by the customer directly on the spot.
- Puncture / Flat TyreIn case of a punctured or flat tyre, the service shall enable you to get the puncture repaired at the nearest puncture repair shop. You shall directly bear the expenses of such repairs and we shall not be responsible for its workmanship.
- Running Out Of FuelIf a vehicle of 250cc or less runs out of fuel, you shall be provided with 1 L of fuel to reach the nearest petrol station; fuel charges are applicable at actuals and must be paid beforehand. For vehicles above 250cc, 5 L shall be provided free of cost once a year only.
- Service RadiusThis service is applicable within a radius of 50 km from the nearest HMSI workshop, or any other city in India covered under this program.
- Taxi AssistanceFor premium motorcycles (above 250cc), a free taxi up to 50 km shall be provided once a year, provided the vehicle is towed by us due to breakdown and you wish to travel to the nearest HMSI dealership or a place of your convenience. Beyond 50 km, you can pay the service provider directly at prevailing charges.

Terms & Conditions
Covered Vehicles & Period Of Cover
- Any Honda 2-wheeler can be enrolled in this program by paying the fees to the authorised dealership and obtaining the program certificate. Each vehicle shall then be covered for a period of one year from the policy start date.
- Vehicles older than 7 years will not be eligible for the purchase of this product.
- For premium motorcycles, a 7-day cooling period is applicable, i.e. the policy will be active 7 days after buying it. For vehicles under 250cc, a 3-day cooling period is applicable.
Non-Covered Events
Honda 2-Wheeler Roadside Assistance is specially designed to help in events that lead to immobilisation of the vehicle while it is being driven on the road. As a result, this program will not cover:
General Exclusions
The covered vehicle shall not be entitled to benefits in case of:
- Vehicle not maintained per owner manual recommendations
- Motor racing, rallies, speed tests, off-road activities
- Rider under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics
- Lack of proper licence or permission
- Deliberately inflicted damage, vandalism, or criminal acts
- Misuse or abuse of services (after two prior incidents)
- Illegitimate vehicle removal
- Violation of regulatory ordinances
- Vehicle involved in legal cases
- Vehicle lacking legal documentation
- Transport of hazardous materials
- Wars, riots, terrorism, natural disasters
